Our staff of designers has a combined 120 years of experience designing homes ranging in size from 800 square feet to over 12,000 square feet in a variety of styles.
Today, our clients come to us from all over Connecticut and New England. We do business with hundreds of homeowners, building contractors, real estate firms and development companies. Our years of experience allow us to provide you with accurate and expertly designed house plans on time and on budget.

The initial appointment with a designer is free of charge and
you’ll go home with a quote for your project.
1A. CONSULTATION – NEW HOMES
Schedule a free in-office consultation to share your sketches, magazine clippings, or scribbles of your favorite home design aspects. We’ll direct you toward your personal style home and create a quote for a custom home design.
1B. CONSULTATION – RENOVATIONS
During the site consultation we will come to your home and examine the feasibility of the changes you would like to make. We listen to your ideas and help you determine if the changes will work structurally and aesthetically with your existing home and neighborhood.
2. REVIEW DRAWINGS
We’ll present you with a preliminary design which will include a simplified front elevation, first, and second floor plans. You’ll have the opportunity to fine-tune the house design before we move on to the final phase.
3. DESIGN COMPLETION
Once you approve the preliminary house plans, we will complete it. Plans are checked multiple times to ensure accuracy and safety. Your designer will review everything with you on your final pick-up meeting.
